In collaboration with SySSR, Power Plus delivered three sessions covering startup priorities, performance indicators, founder relationships, leadership, and team culture. The case includes recorded training and links to supporting presentations.
The Innovative Entrepreneurship Lab
Power Plus contributed program design, principal training, and mentoring to a startup-development journey with SySSR. The work connected problem identification, business modeling, minimum viable product planning, user feedback, and pitch preparation.

Family Business Governance for Issa Group
A consulting lecture and facilitated discussion examined the relationship between family, ownership, and management, including decision-making authority, accountability, and principles for employing family and non-family staff.
Governance and Volunteer Management at Eemaa Association
A workshop introduced governance concepts and supported discussion of board and management responsibilities, volunteer coordination, accountability, and the organization of services for beneficiaries.
Human Resources Management Training with Syria Job
A training program connected HR planning, recruitment, staff development, performance management, compensation, and employee relations with the wider needs of organizational management.
People Management Review for the Association for the Care of Prisoners and Their Families
Power Plus conducted an organizational and people-management study and prepared a consulting report. It examined the association’s work and proposed improvements to organizational structure, job roles, responsibilities, and employee management.
