Case Study 3: Sales Team Management and Training for Distribution Companies
Power Plus designed and delivered a five-session training program on sales team management and training for distribution companies and field sales teams. In collaboration with SySSR, Power Plus designed and delivered a four-session startup-building program for teams participating in the Innovative Entrepreneurship Lab. The program helped startup builders move from early ideas to clearer problem-solution hypotheses, MVP planning, product launch, user feedback, product-market learning, and final pitch preparation.
The program was delivered as part of a wider two-month entrepreneurship journey that combined recorded training sessions, weekly readings, group work, mentoring, Google Classroom assignments, and Demo Day preparation.

Case Study 7: Career Guidance and Development Center for Al-Fatih Association
Power Plus supported the design and early launch of a Career Guidance and Development Center at Al-Fath Association in Damascus. The work included developing the center’s concept, business plan, service model, training pathways, visual identity, sponsor-facing materials, and the first “Design Your Career” workshop for young students and graduates.
The project was designed to help young people connect education with productive work, develop career awareness, understand their strengths and interests, explore labor-market opportunities, and begin building practical career development plans. The center’s proposed model also included career counseling, entrepreneurship support, training programs, employment services, stakeholder partnerships, and a financially sustainable service structure.

Case Study 10: Project Management Center for Eemaa Association for Deaf Education
Power Plus supported Eemaa Association for Deaf Education in building the foundations of a simple project management center adapted to the needs of a charitable development organization. The work included delivering a practical project management workshop, preparing a business plan for the center, and designing simplified project forms inspired by PMI concepts but translated into accessible tools for nonprofit teams.
The workshop introduced project management in a simple and professional way, covering the project lifecycle, project process groups, stakeholder requirements, work breakdown, resources, timelines, quality, risk, communication, and project reporting. Participants then applied these ideas to real development projects that could support Eemaa’s work and strengthen its ability to plan, implement, monitor, and improve projects.
